Hi, I'm Erin!

“The curious paradox is that when I accept myself as I am, then I can change.” - Carl Rogers

This quote reflects the heart of my work and summarizes my beliefs on the transformative potential of therapy. Just as negative relationships can leave us carrying harmful beliefs about ourselves and the world around us, positive relationships can help us heal. As a relational therapist, I focus on creating a collaborative dynamic that fosters a wholehearted acceptance of yourself. Acceptance isn’t giving up. It’s releasing the pain that keeps us stuck in old patterns, creating the space where real change happens.
Healthy relationships offer what we need to grow: the ability to receive constructive feedback without shame. My style is warm and compassionate but never passive. I’d say I’m a great fit for clients who want to know what their therapist really thinks, delivered with no nonsense or judgement.
I work with individuals ages 14 and up, supporting those navigating eating disorders, body image distress, PTSD, anxiety, depression, ADHD or AuDHD (especially those with late or missed diagnoses), and HSP/Highly Sensitive traits. I also work with couples to strengthen communication, deepen emotional connection, and work through relationship challenges. I’m passionate about supporting the LGBTQ+ community, particularly bisexual women deconstructing compulsory heterosexuality or navigating identity invisibility.
A little about me: I’m an unabashed animal lover (so your pet photos are always welcome in session!). My two cats, Friday and Pepperoni, are the benevolent co-rulers of my household. A perfect weekend for me includes a spin class with some heavy bass beats, trying a new restaurant with friends, and catching a good comedy show.
