Hi, I'm Rachel!

I believe meaningful change happens when you feel supported, understood, and empowered to face what’s been holding you back. My goal is to help you build a more trusting relationship with yourself and navigate life’s challenges with greater clarity and resilience.

I work with children (ages 7+), teens, and young adults navigating anxiety, OCD, perfectionism, depression, trauma, and life transitions. My approach is collaborative, compassionate, and sometimes playful. My style is warm and direct, blending practical tools with deep empathy and genuine curiosity. You bring your lived experience; I bring tools and perspective. Together, we uncover the thoughts and behaviors that keep you stuck and develop skills to help you feel more confident and in control of your life.

When I’m not seeing clients, you can usually find me watching sunsets at the beach, dancing with my husband, watching F1 racing, or trying out new ice cream shops.

Education & Training 

I earned my Master’s in Marriage and Family Therapy from USC and my Bachelor’s in Child Development, with minors in Psychology and Sales, from California Polytechnic State University, San Luis Obispo. My clinical experience includes working in school-based settings and at a leading treatment center at the Partial Hospitalization (PHP) and Intensive Outpatient (IOP) levels of care.
