How Does Brainspotting Work?
The core principle of Brainspotting is simple: Where you look affects how you feel.

In a session, your therapist helps you find a specific eye position—called a brainspot—that is connected to the emotional or physical issue you’re working through. As you focus on that spot, while noticing sensations or emotions that arise, your brain and body begin to process and release what’s been stuck.
Sessions are often supported with bilateral music, a gentle, rhythmic sound that helps both sides of the brain stay engaged, calm, and open to healing.
